Description：
1、负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划的制定，完成公司部署的销售任务和业绩目标；
2、负责上海地区办公室装修新客户的开拓，客户信息的搜集；定期拜访客户，争取投标机会；
3、与客户进൲行沟꧋通，及时掌握客户需要，了解客户状态；定期对客户档案进行分析、整理，提供销售分析数据；
4、参与合同的谈判与签订，并负责合同签订后的执行工作，按时回收工程款。
5、接受客户投诉，妥善解决问题；
任职资格：
1、年龄28岁以上，男女不限；
2、大学专科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；
3、熟悉装饰装潢行业，🐼具有室内设计、装修公司相关工作经验，做过市场推广、策划和拓展等优先考虑；
4、性格外向，具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力，较强的公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力；
5、具备良好的客户服务意识，良好的品牌及营销策划能力；
6、英语熟练者优先。
